Piña Colada

White rum · Tall or hurricane glass · Makes one drink

Ingredients.

45 mL (1½ US fl oz)White rum
30 mL (1 US fl oz)Piña Colada drink mix
60 mL (2 US fl oz)Pineapple juice
30 mL (1 US fl oz)Unsweetened coconut cream
About ½ cupCrushed ice
Optional half-rimPiña Colada rimming salt
To garnishPineapple wedge

US fluid-ounce measures are rounded for easy pouring.

How to make it.

For a tropical finish, moisten half the rim with pineapple or lime and dip it into Piña Colada rimming salt.
Blend the rum, mix, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with pineapple.
