Blue Hawaiian

White rum · Tall glass · Makes one drink

Ingredients.

45 mL (1½ US fl oz)White rum
30 mL (1 US fl oz)Blue Hawaiian drink mix
60 mL (2 US fl oz)Pineapple juice
20 mL (⅔ US fl oz)Unsweetened coconut cream
10 mL (⅓ US fl oz)Fresh lime juice
To serveIce and a pineapple wedge

US fluid-ounce measures are rounded for easy pouring.

How to make it.

Add the rum, mix, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake until the coconut cream is blended and the drink is cold.
Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass and finish with pineapple.
