Classic Mojito

Ingredients.

• 45 mL (1½ US fl oz)White rum
• 30 mL (1 US fl oz)Classic Mojito drink mix
• 15 mL (½ US fl oz)Fresh lime juice
• 75 mL (2½ US fl oz)Soda water
• 6 leavesFresh mint leaves
• To serveIce, mint sprig and lime wheel

US fluid-ounce measures are rounded for easy pouring.

How to make it.

1. Gently press the mint leaves with the mix and lime juice in the glass; avoid shredding the mint.
2. Add white rum and ice, then top with soda water.
3. Stir gently and garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
