Lemon Drop Martini
Vodka or citrus vodka · Coupe or martini glass · Makes one drink
Ingredients.
- 45 mL (1½ US fl oz)Vodka or citrus vodka
- 30 mL (1 US fl oz)Lemon Martini drink mix
- 15 mL (½ US fl oz)Triple sec
- 15 mL (½ US fl oz)Fresh lemon juice
- Optional rimPlain sugar
- To serveIce and a lemon twist
US fluid-ounce measures are rounded for easy pouring.
How to make it.
- Chill the glass. If you like a sugar rim, moisten it with lemon and dip it into plain sugar.
- Shake the vodka, mix, triple sec and lemon juice with ice until cold.
- Strain into the chilled glass and twist lemon peel over the drink.
