Bloody Mary

Vodka · Tall glass · Makes one drink

Ingredients.

45 mL (1½ US fl oz)Vodka
15 mL (½ US fl oz)Bloody Mary drink mix
90 mL (3 US fl oz)Tomato juice
15 mL (½ US fl oz)Fresh lemon juice
2 dashesWorcestershire sauce
To tasteHot sauce and black pepper
For a half-rimBloody Mary rimming salt
To serveIce and a celery stalk

US fluid-ounce measures are rounded for easy pouring.

How to make it.

Moisten half the rim with lemon, dip it into Bloody Mary rimming salt and fill the glass with fresh ice.
Gently stir the vodka, mix, tomato juice, lemon juice and seasonings together.
Pour into the prepared glass, taste for seasoning and garnish with celery.
